day 21: #nature - bird of paradise
I love this pose because I can actually bind and stand up but I also feel like I will always work on something. Currently working on getting those legs straight. Please excuse my exhausted face - it’s been a long day and I just got back from a tough yoga class. Also… my dad didn’t tell me he was going to take it. ha.
Pigeon pose is one that challenges you. Holding the pose is a practice itself. It is also a pose that you can always keep working on from holding it longer to bringing your front leg parallel to the mat. For a how to guide on how to get into pigeon pose, check out my website!
